If you have not ordered from me in the past 6 months, you can purchase a catalog at my cost of $5. If you need your catalog mailed to you, it will cost a total of $10 and go out Priority Mail. Those of you who purchase a catalog will receive a $5 credit on your first order of $30 or more!

I am in Florida until July 6, so I won't be able to mail catalogs out until I return. However, if you wish to pick up a catalog, I can have my husband put one in the tub for you. Just be sure to EMAIL me first and wait for me to respond before you venture over to my house!

Butterfly Magnets

I made these adorable butterfly magnets for my clubbers that started this past April. I used my Big Shot, Sticky Pages, Fine Glitter, and some Designer Paper to transform ordinary clothes pins into fun and functional magnets. I used Tombow Multi-Adhesive to adhere the designer paper to the clothes pin and added some strip magnet to the back.

Teacher Gifts

Kyle gave these plants to his preschool teachers. I bought the pots from IKEA (my favorite store!) for @$2 each. I tied some ribbon around the pots and secured them with mini glue dots. I made a tag using the Curly Label punch. The "thank you" stamp is from Wow Flowers and added a Rhinestone brad to the center of the "o". Quick, easy, and cheap!

Simply Scrappin' Kit Classes

I just had my latest Simply Scrappin' Kit Class this past week. The picture above shows just one of the layouts we made using the Sunshine Garden kit.

At these classes, you receive a full Simply Scrappin' kit and make 4 two-page layouts. You keep all the extra paper and die cuts that we don't use. At each class, you receive the directions to make the pages as well as Scrap Maps of the layouts to use for later inspiration.

My next Simply Scrappin' Kit uses the Sweet Nothings kit.

I'll Be Back!

Yes, it's been way too long since I've blogged. My main pc started to crash and that is where I upload the pictures from my camera. I have been trying to get the program I need to upload pictures to my laptop, but it's more complicated than I would have thought. Anyway, I promise to work on some things soon. I do have some projects ready to show you, but without the pictures, I'll have to wait. And well, truthfully, I cannot even find my camera right now! I'm pretty sure Kent did something with it, but he insists that he hasn't touched it.

So, here are some things coming up:

June 1: Last Chance list released (used to be called "Retiring" list). This year this list will also include the retiring accessories! I will post the list here as soon as I can access it.

Scrapbooking Layouts

Here are some more pages that I completed at the Super Stampin' Weekend. These pages were not swaps, but ones that I did during the weekend.


This next page was based on a really cute scrapbooking kit that Debbi had. It had the cutest felt dinosaur on it. I tried to copy him using the Circle Scissors and my oval punches. He turned out pretty cute!

Boy, oh boy, do I love swaps!

One of the best things about being a member of one of my Scrappin' Clubs is swapping layouts with the other members! If I had to come up with every layout I need to scrap all of my pictures, I would never get caught up. Swapping gives me a ton of pages with lots of different styles, images, and product. The idea behind swapping is that it is MUCH easier to make 6 (or 8 or 10) of the same layout than to come up with 6 different layouts.

It is so exciting to see what everyone comes up with each month and to figure out which pictures I'll use on each of the layouts. Why am I going on and on about this? Well, because of all the swaps I've received over the years, I was able to get 56 pages completed during the Super Stampin' Weekend. Now, I did create some new layouts for specific pictures and did add some additional details to others. I also had quite a bit of other things to work on during the weekend or I could have finished even more pages!

I am going to share some of my finished layouts with you over the next few weeks. You will notice that not all of them have journaling----yet. Yes, I know that the journaling is very important and I will get to it soon. I did do some journaling on many of the pages, but for layouts that I had a lot to say, I will print that journaling on my computer.

You receive all the consumable supplies, envelopes, and step by step directions that also give you an additional 2 card layout ideas that can be used with the combined contents of your card kit.

Ordering supplies through my website: I am unable to give you a discounted price for the featured products when you order through my website. Oh, Easter is this weekend!

Well, I didn't forget that Easter was coming up, but I did let it jump out at me. I had meant to share some cute Easter treat ideas this whole week, but never got to it!

So, this is the treat that I made for Kyle's preschool class. It uses the Big Shot Top Note die, (in Mini catalog), and the Scalloped Oval punch, Small Oval Punch, and the 1/2" Circle punch. I used the Enjoy Every Moment stamp set for the eyes. My hand-drawn whiskers and mouth look a little funny, though!

These next two pictures show the Easter baskets I put together for my nephew and my cousin's daughter. I bought the tubs at Big Lots for $2.50 each and added their names using the Big Shot Serif Essentials alphabet and our Raw Decor Elements vinyl. You can purchase the vinyl in White, Chocolate, or Dark Gray. The Bigz dies are best when cutting the vinyl.

I left Taylor's basket plain since he is a boy, but put a bunch of ribbon on the handles of Mallory's basket. You can't see them very well, but I used blue, green, pink, and white ribbons.

I hope you all have a fantastic Easter. Kyle is so excited for the Easter Bunny to come this year. Although, he didn't want to go and get his picture taken with the bunny. I think my baby's growing up! Sniff... Sniff...

Punch Art--Part 1

A while ago, I posted that my club ladies were working on using Stampin' Up's fantastic punches to make punch art cards and also showed you The Little Mermaid layout, the punched fish layout ,and the Sesame Street layout--all containing punch art.

I have almost all of the punches in the catalog and use most of them quite a bit. I love how easy they are to use and how many of them have stamp sets that coordinate with them. If I had to narrow down my favorites, here would be my Top 5 Must Have Punches:
